This field only needs to be used in cases where the comments used to denote a positive are also contained in the comments used to denote a negative. For example, if your site uses 'No MRSA DNA detected' to denote a MRSA negative, and 'MRSA DNA detected' to denote a MRSA positive. You would enter 'MRSA DNA detected' in the field Included Bact rpt remark, and 'No MRSA DNA detected' in this field.
