This file consists of a list of holiday dates for which special meals are prepared. It consists of the holiday date, name, and allows for entry of a breakfast, noon, and/or evening meal which, if present, will override the normal menu cycle meals on that date.

2	breakfast meal	0;2	POINTER	116.1		This field, if present, contains the meal which will override the normal cycle breakfast meal.
3	noon meal	0;3	POINTER	116.1		This field, if present, contains the meal which will override the normal cycle noon meal.
4	evening meal	0;4	POINTER	116.1		This field, if present, contains the meal which will override the normal cycle evening meal.
