Do NOT record "retired". If usual occupation is not available or is unknown, record the patient's current or most recent occupation or any known occupation.
1	years in occupation	0;2	NUMERIC			Duration of employment in a given occupation in years.
2	last date in occupation	0;3	DATE-TIME			Last date of employment in a given occupation.
3	usual industry	0;4	FREE TEXT			Record the primary type of activity carried on by the business/industry where the patient was employed for the most number of years before diagnosis of this tumor. If the primary activity carried on at the location where the patient worked is unknown, it may be sufficient to record the name of the company (with city and town) for which the patient performed his/her usual occupation. If current or most recent occupation, rather than usual occupation was recorded, record the patient's current or most recent business/industry.
