1	class	0;2	SET OF CODES	ADMIN:ADMIN CLIN:CLIN OLD:OLD		This field indicates the class of document/image being captured. Defined classes include Adminstrative (A) for scanned documents, Clinical (C) for images not associated with a VistA package report, or Old (O) for categories that are no longer used.
10	action is active	1;1	BOOLEAN	1:YES 0:NO		The action associated with this type of Document is performed when the image is first successfully saved. This flag can turn On/Off the processing of the Action.
11	action desc	1;2	FREE TEXT			This field indicates whether some software action will be taken when this type of image is captured. For example, scanned MEANS TESTS will be automatically copied to a subdirectory at the HEC.
12	action tag	1;3	FREE TEXT			The TAG of the Routine that will be called to perform the action.
13	action routine	1;4	FREE TEXT			The routine to call to perform the action.
40	package index	2;1	SET OF CODES	RAD:RAD LAB:LAB MED:MED NOTE:NOTE CP:CP SUR:SUR CONS:CONS PHOTOID:PHOTOID NONE:NONE		This is an abbreviation of the package that the image is attached to.
41	class index	2;2	POINTER	2005.82		The Classification of the images. CLASS is an index field used for sorting and searching.
42	type index	2;3	POINTER	2005.83		The TYPE of image. TYPE is an index field used for sorting and searching.
43	proc/event index	2;4	POINTER	2005.85		The PROCEDURE/EVENT of the image. PROCEDURE/EVENT is an index field used for sorting and searching.
44	spec/subspec index	2;5	POINTER	2005.84		The SPECIALTY/SUBSPECIALTY of the image. SPECIALTY/SUBSPECIALTY is an index field used for sorting and searching.
45	origin index	2;6	SET OF CODES	V:VA N:NON-VA		This field is used to indicate whether the image or document originated inside or outside VA.
