2	file directory	0;3	FREE TEXT			The value of this field is a string that identifies the DICOM file that contains the information that was the reason why this error is being logged. This file name contains the full directory (path) prefix.
3	instrument name	0;4	FREE TEXT			The value of this field is a code that identifies the kind of modality that transmitted the image. The two-letter codes for the modality types are defined in the DICOM standard.
