3	image(+)	0;4	POINTER	2005		This field contains a pointer to the image that was accessed.
4	user interface software	0;5	FREE TEXT			This field indicates the software package that was being used to access the image.
5	workstation	0;6	FREE TEXT			This field records the 3-letter abbreviation of the workstation on which the image access was made. Meaningful only for MSM systems.
6	access date/time	0;7	DATE-TIME		AC	This field holds the date and time of the image access.
7	patient	0;8	POINTER	2		This field indicates the patient whose images were accessed (optional).
8	image count	0;9	NUMERIC			Number of images accessed for abstract accesses
9	session	0;10	NUMERIC		AS	This is the IEN of the Imaging Windows Session file.
10	division	0;11	POINTER	4		Records the institution where the Imaging event took place.
100	additional data	100;1	FREE TEXT			This field contains audit-specific information that cannot be fully recorded in other fields in the IMAGE ACCESS LOG File. The specific information contained is based on the value of the USER INTERFACE SOFTWARE Field (#4).
