2	incident outcome	0;3	SET OF CODES	D:Death A:Away Work J:Job Transfer/Restriction O:Other Recordable		This is the incident outcome type for this incident. Valid choices are: Death, Away Work, Job Transfer/Restriction, or Other Recordable.
3	days away work	0;4	NUMERIC			This will contain the number of days away from work for this incident.
4	days job transfer/restriction	0;5	NUMERIC			This will contain the number of days of job transfer or restriction for this incident.
5	estimated return date	0;6	DATE-TIME			This contains the estimated return to work date determined by the workers' compensation specialist or the safety official.
6	date outcome created	0;7	DATE-TIME			This system generated date will store the date this incident outcome was created.
7	incident created by	0;8	POINTER	200		The application will automatically store the user who created the incident outcome record.
8	last edit date	0;9	DATE-TIME			The application will automatically store the date the incident outcome record was edited.
9	last edited by	0;10	POINTER	200		The application will store the user who last edited this incident outcome record.
10	status	0;11	SET OF CODES	A:Added D:Deleted		This is the status of the incident outcome. If the incident has been entered in error, the user can mark the record deleted and it will not be used when determining the total number of days the individual's work was impacted.
