This file contains a list of all Query (QRY~R02) HL7 transmissions that have been generated at the site by the Patient Record Flags software module. Entries in this file are created/edited automatically by the Patient Record Flags HL7 interface. Records in this file should not be added or edited except through the use of the Patient Record Flag software that is part of Registration. Doing so would likely cause Patient Record Flag database corruption.

.05	site transmitted to(+)	0;5	POINTER	4		This field contains the site that is being queried for existing PRF assignments.
.06	ack received date/time	0;6	DATE-TIME			This field contains the date and time that the query acknowledgment was received by site originating the query.
.07	error codes	ERR;0	MULTIPLE	26.1907		When the receiving site of a PRF Query (QRY~R02) HL7 message encounters one or more errors while processing the message, one or more error codes are returned in the Response to Query (ORF~R04) HL7 message. This multiple field contains the returned error codes.
