This site parameter file contains a QUERY INCOME YEAR multiple which contains information for Queries received from the IVM center. The IVM PARAMETER file will be used in IVM v2 to hold several parameters which shall be used to control the uploading of verified demographic and Means Test data from the IVM Center. This file is being introduced with patch IVM*1*2, with the single parameter entry only containing the Station number. The parameter file is needed for this patch to capture the query information sent to the site by the IVM Center when a request for a full data transmission for all patients is submitted. The query information is stored so that the request may be processed outside of peak hours when the nightly background job is run. Per VHA Directive 10-93-142, this file definition should not be modified.

.03	suppress ssn upload message	0;3	SET OF CODES	1:SUPPRESS MESSAGE 0:DON'T SUPPRESS MESSAGE		This field will contain a 0 if the facility will be notified that updated SSN data has been received from the IVM Center. It will contain a 1 if facility will not be notified. Default is 0.
.05	suppress demographic message	0;5	SET OF CODES	1:SUPPRESS MESSAGE 0:DON'T SUPPRESS MESSAGE		This field will contain a 0 if the facility will be notified that updated demographic data has been received from the IVM Center. It will contain a 1 if facility will not be notified. Default is 0.
.06	version 2.0 install date	0;6	DATE-TIME			This field is used to store the date that the site first installed IVM v2.0. The field is used to determine how far back in time to check to see whether nightly transmissions have been received by the IVM Center.
.08	transmit enrollment events?	0;8	SET OF CODES	0:DO NOT TRANSMIT 1:TRANSMIT		This field will serve as a switch to turn on and off the transmission of enrollment events to HEC.
.09	enrollment alert mail group(+)	0;9	POINTER	3.8		Members of this mail group will receive messages pertaining to the upload of Enrollment/Eligibility data from the Health Eligibility Center (HEC).
.1	enrollment alert remote mail group(+)	0;10	FREE TEXT			This field contains the remote mail group and domain that will receive Enrollment alert messages. (i.e. mailgroup@domain)
