This file contains the transaction codes sent from the Regional Counsel Office for Third Party bills that are referred. Transmissions containing these codes will be applied to the bill as the AR action that is associated with the code. These associations were predetermined by the General Counsel Office and VACO MCCR. Modification of these codes is prohibited.

.01	name(+)	0;1	FREE TEXT		B	This is the name of the Transaction Code that is sent to or from the Regional Counsel Office. These codes should not be altered.
1	expanded name	0;2	FREE TEXT			This is the expanded name of the code.
2	status	0;3	POINTER	430.3		This is the status the AR Bill will be in after this transaction code is applied.
3	contractual adjustment	0;4	BOOLEAN	1:YES 0:NO		This field will determine if the Transaction will be posted as a Contractual Adjustment.
