This file stores report criteria specifications used to print reports defined in the SCHEDULING REPORT DEFINITION (#404.92) file. These user-defined templates can then be access by the user, eliminating the need to specify the criteria each time a report needs to be executed. The user can created/edit/copy/delete his or her own templates. The user can also specify whether the template is a 'personal' or 'public' template. Personal templates can only be used by the user who created it. Public templates can be used by anyone but can only be edited by the template creator. However, another user can copy and edit a public template specification by using the 'Save As...' command. Templates are only available on client workstation.

.03	access level	0;3	SET OF CODES	1:PRIVATE 2:PUBLIC	AD	When a template is created, the creator designates whether the template is a private template or a public template. Public templates can be used by other users but can only be edited by the creator. Another user can copy the template with the 'save as' command and then make modifications.
.04	report	0;4	POINTER	404.92	C	This field indicates the report that the template's pre-defined specifications are applied against.
.05	last saved date/time	0;5	DATE-TIME			Date and time the user lasted saved this template.
10	description	1;0	WORD-PROCESSING			Personal description for template specified by the template's creator.
30	fields	FIELDS;0	MULTIPLE	404.9502		This multiple contains the field names and user specified values needed by the REPORT (#.04).
40	selections	FILES;0	MULTIPLE	404.9503		This multiple contains the list of file entries selected by the user to meet the report criteria selection requirements.
