.01	clinic stop code	0;1	POINTER	40.7	B	The clinic stop code assigned to a variety of treating specialties by VA Central Office. For example, stop code number '102' is for 'admissions/screening' which can be assigned to any clinic in which a veteran may be screened for treatment and possibly admitted.
2	edited last by	0;2	POINTER	200		This field records the user who last edited any clinic stop code within the Scheduling Visits File for a particular patient entry.
3	associated clinic	0;3	POINTER	44		The associated clinic that has been assigned by a user in the add/edit menu option of the Scheduling Module. A clinic stop code may be entered for a patient's visit and the associated clinic added (user specific) without going through the Hospital Location File setups.
4	eligibility for visit	0;4	POINTER	8		The patient's eligibility at the time the appointment is made is store here. If there are Other Entitled Eligibilities specified, the Add/Edit option will prompt for this and store them here.
5	appointment type(+)	0;5	POINTER	409.1		The appointment type assigned to the veteran at time of scheduling which is dependent on eligibility code and type of care receiving. For example a 'Regular' appointment type indicates no unusual circumstances for that scheduled appointment. 'Compensation & Pension' indicates the veteran is receiving an exam requested by the VARO to assist in determining claimed disability that is service related.
6	unresolved appt type reason	0;6	SET OF CODES	1:DUAL ELIGIBILITY 2:POSSIBLE COMP & PEN		If visit has an appointment type of computer generated, the UNRESOLVED APPT TYPE REASON field will also be stuffed with the best possible reason why an appropriate appointment type could not be determined. Currently, if a patient has a comp and pen exam within the last three days of the visit date which is computer generated the unresolved reason will be POSSIBLE COMP & PEN, if a patient has a dual eligibility and one of those eligibilities is Sharing Agreement, Employee, or Collateral, the unresolved reason will be DUAL ELIGIBILITY. Should there be a scenario where both apply, the default is POSSIBLE COMP & PEN. This field is updated via the programmer call to the scheduling hook designed to caputure outpatient workload (EN3`SDACS).
7	date entry made	0;7	DATE-TIME			This field contains the date that the multiple entry was entered into the system.

9	encounter conversion status	0;9	SET OF CODES	0:NOT CONVERTED 1:CONVERTED		This field indicates whether or not this add/edit stop was converted during the ACRP Database Conversion (SD*5.3*211). The field is set to '1' after the add/edit stop has been converted by the conversion software.
11	computer generated?	1;1	BOOLEAN	1:YES		Field is used for data validation, to determine which stop codes were automatically generated by outside package calls. This field should not be edited.

22	procedure 2	PR;2	POINTER	81		The name/number of a second ambulatory procedure that was performed on the patient in conjunction with this scheduled visit to an outpatient clinic.
23	procedure 3	PR;3	POINTER	81		The name/number of a third ambulatory procedure that was performed on the patient in conjunction with this scheduled visit to an outpatient clinic.
24	procedure 4	PR;4	POINTER	81		The name/number of a fourth ambulatory procedure that was performed on the patient in conjunction with this scheduled visit to an outpatient clinic.
