This file contains the history of changes to patient information through the pre-registration process. Currently only the date and time of the change, and the user making the change are maintained. This file maintains a record of changes to patient demographic information through the pre-registration process and should not be purged.

1	date changed(+)	0;2	DATE-TIME			This is the date and time the patient file registration information was changed as a result of the pre-registration process. After editing a patients demographic data, the user will be asked if they want to Date/Stamp the pre-registration. If they answer 'Yes', this field will be completed. If they answer 'No', no entry will be made in this file.
2	user(+)	0;3	POINTER	200		User making the change to the patients registration information through the pre-registration option. This is a pointer to the NEW PERSON File, #200.
