.01	name(+)	0;1	FREE TEXT		B	This is the name assigned by the system to indicate the document locator number (DLN) to be used for a specific day.
1	last number used	0;2	NUMERIC			This is the running counter to be incremented by the system as each number is assigned.
2	date of last entry	0;3	DATE-TIME			This is the document locator number (DLN) that was last accessed.
