This file contains all of the information related to the part-time physician's Memoranda of Service Level Expectation. Memorandum will only be applicable for part-time physicians who work adjustable hours. A memorandum will cover 26 pay periods. The file will contain all of the information related to the part-time physician's memoranda including a per pay period breakdown of hours worked and various comments fields that will assist Human Resources as the reconcile the memoranda after its completion or termination.
