If the order is non-active, this will be an 'A' or 'Z' depending on whether non-active orders are to be printed first or last on the pick list.
.03	*primary drug(+)	0;3	POINTER	50.3		This is the primary drug assigned to the order.
.04	#times to be administered	0;4	FREE TEXT			This is the number of times the order is to be given during the duration of the pick list.
.05	update	0;5	SET OF CODES	1:ORDER HAS BEEN UPDATED		This is an internal flag to identify orders that have been updated since the pick list was originally run.
.06	orderable item	0;6	POINTER	50.7		This is the Orderable item assigned to the order.
