1	med log entry person	0;2	FREE TEXT			This is the name of the person who made the BCMA Medication Log entry on the VistA server. This person could be a nurse or other clinician who administered the medication ot the patient.
2	med log status message	0;3	FREE TEXT			This is the message associated with the BCMA Medication Log entry on the VistA server. Values in this field are in two parts delimited by a '~': code~code description. Code descriptions can be values like GIVEN, HOLD, REFUSED, etc.
3	med log record number	0;4	NUMERIC		C	This field contains the BCMA Medication Log record number that exists on the VistA server.
