This file is used by the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy system to track query data exchanges between the automated system and the DHCP CMOP host facility. Data in this file is maintained by the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy software and must not be edited using VA FileMan.

4	status	0;5	SET OF CODES	0:INITIATED 1:COMPLETED 2:NO DATA AVAILABLE 3:NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIVED 4:ABORTED/INVALID RESPONSE 5:IN PROGRESS		This field indicates the current status of the query request.
5	rxs received	0;6	NUMERIC			Total number of Rx's received from this query.
6	filer dt/tm	0;7	DATE-TIME			The date and time the background filer filed the data from this query in the CMOP Master Database file.
