The Problem Indicators file is pointed to by the Problem Indicator subfield Problem multiple of the MH Clinical file. Problem Indicator data is distributed with the Mental Health package. Exported with data.

.01	indicator(+)	0;1	FREE TEXT		B	Name of an indicator of a problem. A problem such as Depression may have "low self esteem" as an indicator.
1	screen(+)	0;2	FREE TEXT		A	The screen field contains a string of the screen codes of the problems with which the indicator is associated.
2	upper	1;1	FREE TEXT			This field contains the name of the indicator and synonyms for the indicator in UPPER CASE to allow lookup when the user types one of these in in all caps. Indicator file is cross-indexed on 'Upper'.
