4	major disability code symbols	0;2	FREE TEXT			Contains the Major Disability Code Symbol for the Prosthetics Disability Code (e.g. AMPUTEE).
5	group extent of disability	0;3	FREE TEXT			Contains the area of the Veterans disability. Reference to the parts of body disabled.
5.5	disability grouping	0;4	NUMERIC			Contains the Number 1 through 10. The 10 major disability groupings are displayed on the VAF 10-7306d AMIS report.
