All test sent of a reference/referral lab, research lab, medical school, commercial are included in this total. The suffix portion of the WKLD code determine if the procedure is send out (.8000-.8999)

9	reportable test count		COMPUTED			Number of reportable test counts.
10	lmip billable test	2;1	BOOLEAN	1:YES		If this procedure should be reported to the National Data base as an LMIP defined procedure, this field will be set to yes by the data extracting program. This field should not be manually edited. To have this field set to yes, edit the BILLABLE PROCEDURE field in the WKLD CODE (#64) file.
11	rep/std	0;11	NUMERIC			This is the total for repeat, dilutions and standards for the WKLD code.
12	others	0;12	NUMERIC			This field is used for all other types of specimens not coming from the Patient file, Lab Control file or the Referral Patient.
