If a default dose is entered for this medication it will be automatically entered on the patient's exam record at the time this procedure is registered. Acceptable formats are: 99999.999 unit_of_measure -OR- 99999 unit_of_measure. Unit_Of_Measure may be between 1-30 characters in length. Example: 2.5 mg
