This file contains information that is used to screen medical procedures based on a unique location, DSS unit, category, and procedure. This file should NOT be modified directly using VA FileMan. **NOTE** This file is being exported with Event Capture Version 2.0 for use in converting existing data, at the pilot sites, to current data formats. This file will be removed in a future release of the Event Capture software. ** Per patch EC*2*5, this file has been starred for deletion. **

1	inactive date	0;2	DATE-TIME			This field contains the date this event code screen was inactivated.
2	creation date	0;3	DATE-TIME			This field contains the date this event code screen was created.
52.1	ecscreen	EC;1	VARIABLE-POINTER	81, 725		This field contains the name of the new procedure that was converted during the post installation conversion process. Procedures can be selected from either the CPT file (#81) or EC NATIONAL PROCEDURE file (#725).
99	west roxbury code	WB;1	FREE TEXT		AD	This field is used to store the charge capture code for data collected prior to the development of the Event Capture software. This code will be utilized by DSS pilot sites only. This code is not utilized in the Event Capture software.
