This field stores the start date of an additional data extraction time frame for this data area. If this field is empty, then the data is extracted only in the main time frame defined by the top-level fields START DATE (.03) and END DATE (.04).
.03	end date	0;3	DATE-TIME			YOU MUST NOT EDIT THIS FIELD IF IT IS PART OF A NATIONAL HISTORICAL DATA EXTRACTION DEFINITION!
