This file contains a list of Orderable Items and Pharmacy Items that should have a reminder order check rule(s). The Orderable Item will only be evaluated when the user places the order in CPRS. An Order Check Items Group can contain a list of Orderable\Pharmacy Items and a list of Rules.

10	description	1;0	WORD-PROCESSING			This field contains a description of the clinical reminder order checks. It is used to document its purpose and intended goals.
15	pharmacy item list	1.5;0	MULTIPLE	801.015		This multiple stores a list of VA Generic, VA Drug Class, and Drugs. If the ordered orderable item belongs to one of the items in this multiple than the rules attached to the group will be evaluated.
20	orderable item list	2;0	MULTIPLE	801.02		This multiple contains a list of orderable items that each reminder rule should run against. As an order is placed in CPRS, the orderable item is passed to the Order Check Mechanism. This orderable item will be checked against this list; if it is found, then the reminder definition or term assigned to the rule multiple will be evaluated against the orderable item. When an order is placed in CPRS, the orderable item is passed to the Order Check Mechanism. If the orderable item is found in a Group's Orderable Item List then each rule in the group will be evaluated.
30	rule list	3;0	MULTIPLE	801.04		This multiple contains a list of rules that are evaluated for each orderable item in the orderable item list multiple. A rule can contain either one reminder term or one reminder definition.
100	class(+)	100;1	SET OF CODES	L:LOCAL V:VISN N:NATIONAL		This is the CLASS of the Orderable Item Group. Possible classes are "N" for national, "V" for VISN, and "L" for local.
101	sponsor	100;2	POINTER	811.6		This is the organization or group that sponsors this orderable item group.
102	review date	100;3	DATE-TIME			The REVIEW DATE is used to determine when the orderable item group should be reviewed to verify that it is current with the latest standards and guidelines.
110	edit history	110;0	MULTIPLE	801.03		This multiple is used to record a history of changes made to the order check group.
