This file is used by the reminder reports options only. For each type of report (e.g. Reminders Due), selection parameters used in a report may be saved as a template when the report is being run. When running reports, the user may opt to retrieve parameters from an existing template as the basis of a new report. Templates may be modified, renamed, copied, or deleted from the reminder report options. The parameters for the reminder reports consist of a patient sample (e.g. PCMM team) from which a patient list is built and also a list of reminders to be evaluated for each selected patient. The field names in the template file correspond to the local variable and array names used in the print routines.

To DELETE a template, enter @ at template name.

Listed below are the parameters relevant to each sample type. (I)ndividual Patients - A list of patients may be entered. (L)ocations - Hospital Locations, Clinic Stops or Clinic Groups may be entered. Patients with encounters or appointments at these locations are selected for reporting. (P)roviders - PCMM providers may be entered. Patients for these providers are selected for reporting. Either Primary/Care or All patients for the providers may be reported. (T)eams - PCMM teams may be entered. Patients allocated to these teams are selected for reporting (O)E/RR - OE/RR teams may be entered. Patients allocated to these teams are selected for reporting.

9	service category list	8;1	FREE TEXT			This is a comma separated list of service categories. It is used to screen visits while building a list of patients based on visits. If the service category of the visit is not on the list the visit will be excluded.
