This file is used to group a list of locations and give the group a name. The locations can be Hospital Locations and/or Clinic Stops (which resolve to a list of Hospital Locations). A Location List finding in Clinical Reminders is based on an entry from this file. A Location List finding will be true when a patient has an entry in the Visit file for at least one of the locations in the Location List.

1	description	1;0	WORD-PROCESSING			This word processing field is used for describing the LOCATION LIST. Information such as the purpose of the LOCATION LIST can be recorded here. The DESCRIPTION will be displayed when a LOCATION LIST inquiry is done.
40.7	clinic stop list	40.7;0	MULTIPLE	810.9001		This is the list of clinic stop codes that are included in the Location List.
44	hospital location list	44;0	MULTIPLE	810.944		This is the list of hospital locations that are included in the Location List.
100	class(+)	100;1	SET OF CODES	L:LOCAL N:NATIONAL V:VISN		This is the CLASS of the location list. Possible classes are "N" for national, "V" for VISN, and "L" for local. National location lists cannot be edited by sites.
101	sponsor	100;2	POINTER	811.6		This is the organization or group that sponsors this location list.
102	review date	100;3	DATE-TIME			REVIEW DATE is used to determine when the location list should be reviewed to verify that it is current with the latest standards and guidelines. You can find all location lists whose review date has passed using the Clinical Reminders Review Date Report.
110	edit history	110;0	MULTIPLE	810.9002		This multiple is used to record a history of changes made to the location list.
