This file holds the Universal Resource Locator's (URL) for the Certificate Revocation List's (CRL) from the Certificate Distribution Points (CDP) in the users Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Certificate. These URL's are sent up to a Windows server to keep a database of Certificate Revocation's up to date.

1	seen by client	0;2	DATE-TIME			This field is updated every time the URL is sent down from the client. It will be used to purge the file.
2	dt last sent to server	0;3	DATE-TIME			This field records the time that this URL was sent to the CRL server. It is used to keep the CRL up to date.
