This is the NCPDP data type as specified in the NCPDP Telecommunication Standard version D.0 data dictionary.
1vista field number5;3NUMERICThis is the VistA field number used in BPS CLAIMS file #9002313.02 and BPS RESPONSES file #9002313.03. Only used for NCPDP numbers where the first piece of the NCPDP number is non-numeric. For example, NCPDP field B04-BT - Next Available Fill Date.
