.01	investigator	0;1	POINTER	200	B	Enter the name of a police officer who has been assigned to conduct follow-up investigative work on a Uniform Offense Report initiated by another officer. The follow-up officer's name must be entered in the NEW PERSON file (#200) and must also be assigned the ESP POLICE Security Key.
.02	date/time entered/edited	0;2	DATE-TIME			Enter the date/time these follow-up investigative notes are entered or edited. This field will be automatically stuffed when entered through the Add/Edit Follow-up notes option.
.03	user	0;3	POINTER	200		This field contains the pointer to the New Person file (#200) who entered this data into the computer. If entering data through the Add Follow-up Notes option, this field will be automatically stuffed.
10	notes	10;0	WORD-PROCESSING			This field is used to record any follow-up investigative notes that apply to the initial investigative report.
