4	entering clerk(+)	0;5	POINTER	200		This field contains the user who entered the order and is automatically captured at the time of entry.
5	date/time cancelled	0;6	DATE-TIME			This field contains the date/time the standing order was cancelled and is automatically captured at time of cancellation.
6	cancelling clerk	0;7	POINTER	200		This field contains the user who entered the cancellation and is automatically captured at time of cancellation.
7	quantity	0;8	NUMERIC			This is the quantity of the Standing Order.
8	diet associated?	0;9	BOOLEAN	Y:YES N:NO		This field, if answered Yes, means this Standing Order is associated with a diet order else if answered No, means it is not.
