This file contains an audit log of changes made to a VistA Fee Basis invoice after the invoice has been initially transmitted to the Fee Payment Processing System (FPPS) located at the Health Administration Center (HAC). Such changes are made using special edit options that automatically populate this audit log file.

2	file #(+)	0;3	FREE TEXT			Identifies the file (or subfile) number where the changed entry is stored. For example, subfile 162.03 contains medical payments.
3	iens(+)	0;4	FREE TEXT			The internal entry numbers (iens) that identify the entry that was changed. The iens are delimited by commas(,) beginning with the ien of the lowest level subentry. For example, a prescription (subfile 162.11) with iens "1,2000," would be located at ^FBAA(162.1,2000,"RX",1,0).
4	field #(+)	0;5	FREE TEXT			Number of the field whose value was changed.
5	old value	0;6	FREE TEXT			Value of field before it was changed.
6	new value	0;7	FREE TEXT			Value of field after the change was made.
