description
This file holds Image Filters created by each user, and Created by an Imaging system manager as public filters, to be available for all users.
Fields
#NameLocationTypeDetailsIndexDescription
.01name(+)0;1FREE TEXTBDescriptive name of filter. Names aren't unique in the File, but are forced to be unique by user. i.e. A user can not have two filters called "All Clinical", but two different users can have filters with the same name
1package0;2FREE TEXTCorresponds to IMAGE File, Field #40 PACKAGE INDEX
2class0;3SET OF CODESADMIN:ADMIN
CLIN:CLIN
Corresponds to IMAGE File, Field #41 CLASS INDEX.
3type0;4FREE TEXTCorresponds to IMAGE File, Field #42 TYPE INDEX.
4event0;5FREE TEXTCorresponds to IMAGE File, Field #43 PROC/EVENT INDEX.
5spec0;6FREE TEXTCorresponds to IMAGE File, Field ##44 SPEC/SUBSPEC INDEX.
6from0;7DATE-TIMEIf a specific date range is desired, these fields will be populated: FROM and UNTIL. This isn't a relative date range. If you want images for the last 3 months, use the RELATIVE RANGE FIELD.
7until0;8DATE-TIMEIf a specific date range is desired, these fields will be populated: FROM and UNTIL. This isn't a relative date range. If you want images for the last 3 months, use the RELATIVE RANGE FIELD.
8relative range0;9NUMERICThis is a relative number of months to search backwards for Images. -1 means search back 1 month -12 means search back 1 year etc. 0 means get all (unless a specific date range exists in the From and Until Date Fields.
9origin2;1FREE TEXTThis field determines which scope of images to include in the filter possible values of scope are VA and NON-VA. Corresponds to IMAGE File, Field #45 ORIGIN INDEX.
10image status2;2FREE TEXTThis field stores the list of image statuses (internal or external values) separated by commas that limit the search results. If the field is empty, then image status is not considered during the search defined by this filter. See the IMAGE STATUS field (113) of the IMAGE file (#2005) for more details.
11description contains2;3FREE TEXTIf this field is not empty, then the filter considers an image as a possible search result only if its short description contains the value of this field. The comparison is case insensitive. See the SHORT DESCRIPTION field (10) of the IMAGE file (#2005) for more details.
12captured by2;4POINTER200If this field has a value, then the filter considers only images captured by this user. See the IMAGE SAVE BY field (8) of the IMAGE file (#2005) for more details.
13use capture dates2;5BOOLEAN0:NO
1:YES
If value of this field is YES, then filter's date range parameters are considered as image capture dates (see the DATE/TIME IMAGE SAVED field (7) of the IMAGE file (#2005) for more details). Otherwise, they are interpreted as procedure/exam dates (see the PROCEDURE/EXAM DATE/TIME field (15) of the IMAGE file (#2005) for more details).
14day range2;6SET OF CODES0:Today
1:Yesterday
2:2 Days Ago
3:3 Days Ago
4:Last 2 Days (thru today)
5:Last 3 Days (thru today)
6:Last Full Week (starts on Sunday)
7:Current Week (starts on Sunday)
This field allows selection of predefined short date ranges. This is especially useful during the image verification process. This filter parameter is mutually exclusive with the range defined by the RELATIVE RANGE field (8).
15column widths3;1FREE TEXTThis field stores comma separated list of column widths (in pixels) that is applied to the image list view when this filter is used.
16percent2;7NUMERICIf this field is populated, it stores the percentage of images selected by the filter that is returned as the result of the image search. Firstly, images captured by the user (see the the CAPTURED BY field (12) for more details) are preselected according to the date range and other criteria. Those of them that were captured immediately before and after patient changes are stored to the "priority" temporary buffer. The others are stored to the regular temporary buffer. Then, the requested maximum number of images is calculated according to the total number of preselected entries and the value stored in this field. If the number of entries in the "priority" buffer is less than the calculated maximum number of images and the regular buffer is not empty, then missing quantity of preselected images is merged to the "priority" buffer from the regular one. Finally, no more than the maximum number of entries is returned from the "priority" buffer as the result of the search. If this field is empty, then the regular image query is performed.
20user1;1POINTER200CUsers can have their own filters. This field determines the user.
21public1;2SET OF CODES1:PUBLIC
DIf a filter is public, it will be displayed on the Filter (File) menu for all users.
22created by1;3POINTER200A function (future) of the Imaging Filter window will be that a user will be able to create a Filter for another user.
