6	creating application(+)	1;2	POINTER	2006.9193		This is the application that initially created the artifact.
7	created date/time(+)	1;3	DATE-TIME			The date and time at which the artifact was created.
8	last access date/time	1;4	DATE-TIME			The date and time at which the artifact was most recently retrieved.
9	deleting application	1;5	POINTER	2006.9193		This is the application that deleted the artifact.
10	deleted date/time	1;6	DATE-TIME			This is the date and time that the atrifact was deleted.
