Only the Regional Office may determine if an exam is active or inactive. NOTICE: This file is part of an implementation of a Nationally Controlled Procedure. Local modifications to this file are prohibited per VHA Directive 10-93-142.

7	reporting program name	0;4	FREE TEXT			This field holds the name of the worksheet routine that is printed when a user prints worksheets after logging or adding exams to 2507 requests.
