This is the CP Conversion File file (#703.9). This file is used for storing the site parameters needed and used to convert Medicine reports to CP Text reports. This file also stores the status of the conversion process for each converted Medicine report.

.03	administrative closure user	0;3	POINTER	200		This field points to the New Person file (#200). It is used to indicate the Administrative Closure person used to close the TIU documents for the CP conversion.
.1	scratch hfs directory	.1;1	FREE TEXT			This field stores the scratch HFS directory used for the CP conversion. The CP conversion program will use this directory to convert the Medicine reports.
1	medicine file parameters	1;0	MULTIPLE	703.91		This multiple contains the parameter data used for the CP conversion of the Medicine reports.
2	conversion log	2;0	MULTIPLE	703.92		This multiple is used to store the data for the conversion log.
