Headings from version 1.0 were inactivated with the installation of version 2.0. The new headings are as follows: Staff Courtesy, Access/Timeliness, One Provider, Decisions/Preference, Emotional Needs Coordination of Care, Patient Education, Family Involvement, Physical Comfort, Transitions, Risk Management Complaints, Medical Records Issues, Eligibility Issues, Environmental Issues, Regulation Issues, Requests for Information and Compliments. Only Nationally exported Issues Codes can be used.
