Enter the date that the Journal is started. Date cannot be (4) numeric digits. Four digit entries could be time (HHMM), and time would be converted to a date if allowed.

1	from	1;1	FREE TEXT			Correct format consists of Year-Month-Day-Starting Time, i.e., '93-04-05-0001' or '93-04-05-0800'.
2	to	1;2	FREE TEXT			Correct format consists of Year-Month-Day-Ending Time, i.e., '93-04-05-2400' or '93-04-06-0800'.
3	watch	2;0	MULTIPLE	916.03		This field is used to record the police officers assigned to the watch or work shift that is making the Daily Journal entries.
4	special instructions	3;0	WORD-PROCESSING			This field is used to record any specific operational instructions for any of the assigned watches or work shifts.
5	time	4;0	MULTIPLE	916.05		This field is used to record a time that an activity occurred which necessitates the creation of a Daily Journal Entry.
