This file was created as part of v1.5 of Integrated Billing, in conjunction with the automation of Means Test/Category C billing. This file contains a list of all continuous Hospital or Nursing Home Care patients since 7/1/86 who may be subject to Category C billing. These patients are exempt from the co-payment charges, but not the per diem charges. Patients who change their level of care must be manually unflagged. Per VHA Directive 10-93-142, this file definition should not be modified.

.02	discharge date	0;2	DATE-TIME			This is the date on which the patient has been discharged from the hospital or nursing home after a continuous stay since July 1,1986.
.03	user adding entry	0;3	POINTER	200		This is the person who is adding the entry to the file.
.04	date entry added	0;4	DATE-TIME			This is the date/time that the entry was added to the file.
.05	user last updating	0;5	POINTER	200		This is the last user who has edited this entry.
.06	date last updated	0;6	DATE-TIME			This is the last date/time that the entry was edited.
