This file contains Recall Reminder Teams, which can be entered for specialty areas or physical location. Entries in the file will be used when setting up a Recall Provider.

1	active/inactive	0;2	SET OF CODES	A:ACTIVE I:INACTIVE		When a team is entered it will be marked as Active. The Recall Reminder Coordinator can "Mark" a Team as inactive, so that it will not be used when linking to a Recall Reminder Provider.
2	printer assign	0;3	POINTER	3.5		This is the printer assigned to this Recall Team. This printer will be used during the nightly print job of either cards or letters in a Team area.
3	clinic recall param	0;4	POINTER	403.53	C	Used When printing reports, cards or Letters by Recall Team.
