This is a Prosthetics Stock Item Record file that holds all issue and stock control records. This is the main file for Prosthetics inventory as in form 10-1210. All transactions that pertains to an item being track is keep in this file.

18	average cost	0;17	NUMERIC			This is the average cost of an ITEM based on COST and BALANCE ration.
20	lab hour	1;1	NUMERIC			Number of hours used by lab technician to process an item or stock.
21	labor cost	1;2	NUMERIC			An issuance cost of an item furnished to patient or veteran based on the users' salary and hour spent by a Technician to fit an item.
