.03	end date time	0;3	DATE-TIME			This is an optional date/time for when the surrogate relationship will be terminated. If there is no value entered, then the relationship will continue until it is specifically terminated.
.04	needs return	0;4	BOOLEAN	1:YES 0:NO	AC	This field is used as a flag to indicate whether the alerts have been returned to the intended recipient or not.
