1	specimen	0;2	POINTER	61		This field should have data if the test previously defined is to be included from a given accession only if the site/specimen defined matches with this entry.
2	build name only	0;3	BOOLEAN	0:NO 1:YES		If the test previously defined is not the/a panel to define the workpattern, this entry should be "yes". The panel from file 60 defines the order of the workpattern, if more than one panel is NOT a "Build Name Only", the workpattern will be scrambled if the tests in the panels have some of the same tests. A "yes" means the test name is to be used solely for purposes of identifying the test(s) to be brought from an accession to the load/work list. I.E.: If "Yes", don't use this entry to define the order of display.
3	poc wkld method	0;4	POINTER	64.2		Designates the WKLD method suffix to be assigned to this Point of Care (POC) test results when this test is ordered. This allows multiple POC vendor systems to be interfaced to VistA via one POC interface and still assign the appropriate methodology to the test result.
4	poc collection sample	0;5	POINTER	62		Allows the site to specify the collection sample to use when ordering this test and specimen combination.
