.06finding date0;6DATE-TIMEThis is the date related to the finding. For PCE data, this is the date and time of the visit. For laboratory data, this is the accession date. For Outpatient Pharmacy data, this is the fill date, refill date, or partial fill date. For Inpatient Pharmacy, this is the order date, or renewal date.

This is an ENCOUNTER TYPE that summarizes the clinical activity as Inpatient or Outpatient activity. This ENCOUNTER TYPE is based on the Emerging Pathogens Initiative (EPI) definition of ENCOUNTER TYPES. The VADPT call to determine inpatient status on a date is used to determine the Inpatient or Outpatient status.

See Clinical Reminder documentation for explanations of the RESULT for each type of finding. The result from the clinical reminder evaluation is stored as freetext in this field. No input and output transforms are used on this field.
2value1;2FREE TEXTThis is the VALUE for a finding that is returned in the reminder evaluation "VALUE" node. See Clinical Reminder documentation for explanations of the VALUE for each type of finding. This VALUE is stored as freetext. No input and output transforms are used on this field.
3drug1;3FREE TEXTThis is the freetext name from the local formulary file for a drug finding.
4dsup1;4NUMERICThis is the days supply that the medication covers if the finding is an outpatient medication. Inpatient pharmacy medications do not normally have a days supply, but since the EPI requires a value in this field, the days supply is calculated by subtracting the start date from the stop date of the order.
